We can cut any material ranging from metal to plastic to tile. 

Materials we cut: Steel, Aluminum, Stainless steel, Brass, Bronze, Tile, Glass, Titanium, Plastic, ect..

Our waterjet has a cutting bed of 6'8" by 13'3" able to take full sheets of any material you have. We can cut up to 6 inches thick of pretty much any material.

Water jet cutting does not leave any burn marks, cracks, and does not work-harden the material compared to plasma and laser cutting. With water jet cutting we can cut much thicker materials at a higher accuracy.

Yes, we allow customers to provide any material they want to cut. We can either supply the material for you or you can supply your own. If you have questions on sizing for material reach out beforehand and we can discuss it.

yes, waterjet cutting typically ranges from quality 1 to Quality 5. Quality 3 is your standard quality cut. Keep in mind price is higher or lower depending on the quality selected.

Currently we have instant quote set to quality 3 cutting which is our standard quality, if you would like a different quality cut send us an email or give us a call and we can quote you for a different quality. In the future we plan to have you be able to select which quality you prefer using our instant quote feature on our website.

Yes with waterjet cutting you do get a slight taper to your parts, most of the time it is not enough for it to matter but if you have further questions we can see what the best quality would be to cut your parts at to help lower the amount of taper.

Before you upload your file please check for any extra lines, holes, or errors in your part. Most of the time you will get errors and or a inaccurate quote due to this. If you still have trouble send us an email and we can take a look at it.

Our pricing is based on a number of factors, including material, material thickness, material weight, quantity, shape (geometry), and the overall design. Follow these tips to get the lowest prices on your laser cut parts: Reduce the number of holes or “pierces” Eliminate duplicate lines and unnecessary geometry

Once you order we typically get to work on it within a few hours, If you notice something wrong give us a call and we can see if we can halt production of your part in order to make changes or cancel order. If order is already in production then unfortunately there is nothing we can do from there.

yes you can use your own shipping, when the order is placed send us an email and we can go over shipping with you.

Shipping depends on size, weight, and location you need the parts shipped to. We do our best to get you the best pricing for shipping whether that is through UPS, FEDEX, Post Office, or freight.

Yes, we are based out of Lake Elsinore California and allow local pickup! Send us a message or give us a call and we can schedule a time for you to pickup.

Yes you can, if you are in need of a part or parts asap give us a call and we can see what we can do to work with you. Typically with rush orders we will charge a little more due to moving production around in order to accommodate you.

Yes your parts will have a slight taper on them depending on material and thickness. Typically the thicker the material the more the taper. The majority of the time the taper is small enough to where you will not notice it.

We begin processing all orders as soon as they are placed during normal business ours Monday-Friday. Our lead times vary depending on the order. Typically our lead times is as follows:

Waterjet cutting: 2-3 days depending on order quantity and material

CAD Design: 2-3 days depending on drawing

Shipping: 1-2 days from order being finished

Powder coating: Adds 7-10 days after order is finished

Deburring: Adds 1-2 days after order is finished

Yes, we can design your parts for you. Send us dimensions or drawings for the part you need and we can create a CAD file for you.

Send us the cad file you are trying to use to our email and we can take a look at it and see what needs to be fixed in order for it to work.
