Lead Times & Production
We begin processing all orders as soon as they are placed during normal business Monday-Thursday. Our lead times vary depending on the order. Typically our lead times is as follows:
Waterjet cutting: 2-3 days depending on order quantity and material
3D Printing: 2-3 days depending on order quantity and material
CAD Design: 2-3 days depending on drawing
Shipping: 1-2 days from order being finished
Powder coating: Adds 7-10 days after order is finished
Deburring: Adds 1-2 days after order is finished
Our Production Process:

Customer places order

Your order is reviewed and verified that everything seems correct

Your file gets made into a production cad file for our waterjet

1CUTFAB cuts your parts

Parts are inspected and checked for any errors

1CUTFAB checks to see if part needs any secondary prcoesses requested by customer

Your parts are packaged for shipment

A label is made with tracking information and customer is notified that package is shipped.
At 1CUTFAB we strive to get you your parts as fast as possible. No matter how big or small the job is we do our best to handle each job of the same importance and to make sure you are happy with the end product. You can count on us to be working around the clock to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
Factors that may affect your order:

Post Processing work: If you need deburring or powder coating this will add time to your order.

Weight and size of order: If the order is heavy and or of a large quantity this may add time due to extra handling needed.

Design: If your files are not working properly for us we will contact you for any clairifications or issues as well as do what we can to fix your problem.

Material: We typically stock all the commonly used materials but sometimes we do not have the material in stock that you may have requested. We are typically able to get any material you need within 1-2 business days to fulfill your order as soon as possible
